India’s second largest telecom operator Vodafone India has partnered with Netflix to bring this exclusive value added entertainment pack to its RED postpaid customers.
Vodafone RED are special postpaid plans for its pan-India customers. Under this plan, you get unlimited local and STD voice calls, SMS benefits and bundled 4G data benefits. In addition, you also get exclusive benefits like priority access at Vodafone stores across India, Relationship Manager, premium call centre support and Red Shield device security. Adding to that is the exclusive benefit of one year free Netflix subscription. The RED postpaid plans start at Rs 499 and go all way up to Rs 2,999. But the free Netflix subscription is applicable only to RED plans including RED 1299 Unlimited and above.
The free Netflix subscription can be availed by subscribers enrolled to Vodafone RED 1299 unlimited, RED 1699 unlimited, RED 1999 unlimited or RED 2999 unlimited plan. So, if you are subscribed to any of the above RED unlimited plans you can SMS ‘Netflix‘ to 199 to activate your free subscription. Note that the free Netflix subscription duration varies across eligible RED plans. You may get a minimum of three months of free Netflix subscription to a maximum up to one year.

Netflix recently announced three strategic partnerships with Airtel, Videocon d2h and Vodafone India.
