Are you a Vodafone India customers, then it’s for you. During this Diwali India’s second largest telecom operator, Vodafone India has announced Diwali Bonanza to its pan-India mobile customers. One can get free 3G data usage and a special pack for low cost outgoing mobile calls – Local, STD and Roaming.
The first Diwali offer from Vodafone is the free 100MB 3G data, that can be availed by pan India Vodafone customers. Users can send an SMS ‘DIWALI’ to 199 to get free 100 MB of 3G data usage activated on their connection.

The second offer is for customers across the five southern states in India – AP & Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka. The special One rate, One South roaming pack offers customers in this five states to have all outgoing mobile calls – Local, STD and Roaming at just 1 paise per second from anywhere in South India. In addition, there would be no charges for incoming calls or SMS on roaming. One can activate the pack by doing a special recharge of Rs 62 (package pricing may change per state) through online recharge portals or any of Vodafone outlets across South India.
