Bringing the gorgeous FullView display and dual camera technology to the entry-level smartphone segment, Chinese mobile vendor iVooMi is launching two new android smartphones in India – iVooMi i1 and iVooMi i1s.
What makes these smartphones stand out is the stunning FullView display with 18:9 screen ratio, which we usually see only on premium smartphones. In addition, these two mobiles come fully loaded with top-end features like dual camera, fingerprint sensor, expandable memory option and 4G VoLTE support.
iVooMi i1 and iVooMi i1s are launching officially on 10th January 2018, but it’s already been listed by Flipkart. According to the listing iVooMi i1 will retail at a price tag of Rs 5,999. Whereas, the iVooMi i1s will retail for Rs 6,999.
iVooMi i1 and iVooMi i1s Spec and Features
Both iVooMi i1 and iVooMi i1s flaunts a 5.45-inch HD IPS FullView (1280 x 640p) display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and covered in 2.5D Curved Glass. Under the hood, these mobiles carry a 1.3 GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6737m 4X Cortex-A53 processor coupled with ARM Mali – 720 MP1 GPU. The processor is paired with 2GB of RAM on iVooMi i1 and 3GB of RAM on iVooMi i1s.
For storing all your media files, the iVooMi i1 comes with 16GB of internal storage, whereas the iVooMi i1s packs 32GB of internal storage. You can further expand the storage up to 128GB using microSD card. The mobiles run on Android Nougat 7 OS with minimal skin over the top.
Another highlight of these two smartphones is its dual camera unit at the back. Both iVooMi i1 and iVooMi i1s boasts a pair of 13-megapixel RGB colour camera sensor with a 2-megapixel depth camera sensor at the back. Using this combination, you can shoot gorgeous photos with Bokeh effect. For selfie addicts, on both the mobiles we have an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
Coming to connectivity, iVooMi i1 and iVooMi i1s comes with 4G LTE network support that works on every Indian telcos 4G band. You also get 4G VoLTE support for making HD voice calls. Other connectivity options include 3G and 2G network support, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. For extra security, both mobiles have an intelligent fingerprint sensor placed at the back of the device. Finally, fuelling both mobiles is a 3000 mAh battery.
