Now talk to your friends or family all day long during the weekend especially on Sundays. The government owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has come up with ‘Freedom Offer’ where its landline customers will get unlimited free calling to any networks on all Sunday’s.
Under the BSNL freedom offer, both new and old BSNL landline customers will get unlimited free outgoing voice calls to any network’s mobile and landline on all Sundays. The best part is that customers need not pay any extra rental or additional cost and there is no activation procedure.
The offer is activated automatically for pan-India BSNL landline customers starting from 15th August 2016.
Do note that BSNL already offers its landline customers unlimited free night calling to any network between 9PM to 7AM. So, now you can end those late nights talking and start talking all day long on Sunday’s.
BSNL aim’s to boost significantly its landline adoption, which is in the stage of decline due to wide-spread mobile services. According to recent TRAI report, the wireline subscriber base is in a constant decline, which now stand at 24.87 million subscribers. The declining user base is seriously affecting BSNL as it holds around 71% of the wireline market share in India.
