Cashback and offers are flooding from the Indian telecom operator Reliance Jio. After the 200 percent cash back offer which ended this week, the telco has come up with another equally lucrative cash back offer. This time the telco is cashing on the ongoing Indian Super League (ISL) football tournament, where Jio is the main sponsor for most of the teams. The telecom operator has announced a new cashback offer called the Jio Football Offer.
Jio Football Offer is way similar to the previous cash back offers from the telco. But this time the offer is applicable to almost every 4G smartphone available in the Indian market. Also, the minimum recharge value has come down to Rs 198 Jio plan, instead of earlier Rs 398 Jio plan.
Under the Jio Football Offer, the telco will offer Rs 2,200 instant cash back when you buy a new 4G smartphone and gets onto the Jio Network. The cash back will be credited once you do a recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299 Jio plan for the first time, starting today until 31st March 2018. Both new and existing Jio customers who activate their new 4G devices on Jio network can avail this offer.
Talking about the Rs 2,200 cash back, the telco will be crediting the amount in the form of 44 vouchers of Rs 50 each. You can find these vouchers under the “Voucher” section in MyJio app. These vouchers can be redeemed instantly (one per recharge) on subsequent recharges of data packs (Rs 101 and above) or Jio plans (Rs 198 and above) through MyJio app. However, you got plenty of time to redeem these vouchers as they expire only on 31st May 2022.
Luckily, this time Reliance Jio is bringing in almost every new 4G smartphones under this offer [list]. This includes 4G devices from popular brands like Samsung, 10.or, Motorola, Xiaomi, Nokia, LYF, Micromax, Huawei, Blackberry, Asus, Panasonic, LG, Intex, Alcatel, Comio, Jivi, Celkon, Swipe, Ziox, Zen, iVoomi, Centric and Honor. Actually, it’s the same cash back offer which was announced during the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro launch.
Do note that to be eligible for the offer, you need to purchase a new 4G device (from the list above), put in a Jio SIM (existing or new connection), enrol to Jio Prime membership and do a recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299 Jio Plan.
