The company who started the flash sale trend and online-only strategy is all set to sell its devices via offline stores. When saying precisely Xiaomi will launch some new devices, which will only be sold offline.

Xiaomi has launched its first android smartphone – Redmi 3s Plus, which will be exclusively available through offline retail stores. If you check the specifications, the smartphone is just a variant of recently launched Redmi 3s Prime.

Starting with the price, the Redmi 3s Plus comes with a price tag of Rs 9,499. Well, you can’t buy it online, as the mobile will be available only through offline retail stores in India.

The smartphone will retail over 7,500 stores across India. This includes Sangeetha, Poorvika, BigC, LOT, Stroking and other leading retail stores. Xiaomi has recently partnered with distributors such as Redington, Innocomm and Just Buy Live to expand its offline retail presence in India.

Coming to the specification packed in Redmi 3s Plus, the smartphone got the exact hardware of Redmi 3s Prime, expect a lower 2GB RAM module. Design-wise the smartphone boast a premium look and feel, thanks to the metal unibody design with rounded edges and corners.

Xiaomi Redmi 3s Plus flaunts a 5-inch HD display that comes with adjustable colour temperature mode. This allows you to adjust the colour temperate to warm, standard or cool based on your preference.

Under the hood, the Redmi 3s Plus is powered by 1.4GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and Adreno 505 GPU. This combination offers optimum graphics and multitasking capability. For storage, the mobile comes with 32GB internal storage that can be expanded further using microSD card.

Do note that the Redmi 3s Plus comes with a hybrid SIM slot where you can further expand the storage up to 128GB using microSD card or use it for the second SIM. So make up your mind on what will you do with the extra slot.

For photography, the Redmi 3s Plus got a 13-megapixel camera on the back with 5-piece lens, f/2.0 aperture and 0.1s ultra-fast Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF). On front for selfie lovers, the mobile comes with a 5-megapixel camera that packs 36 smart beautify profiles.

As for connectivity, the Redmi 3s Plus got dual SIM capability that supports high-speed 4G LTE along with VoLTE that flawlessly supports all Indian 4G bands. Other connectivity options include 3G and 2G network support, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1. The smartphones run on Android Marshmallow with Xiaomi’s MIUI 8 UI wrapped over the top.

For extra security, the Redmi 3s Plus also boast a fingerprint scanner on back, that can unlock the mobile instantly. It also comes with smart features like App lock, Hidden folders and Hidden notes.
