Nokia has got two new addition to the affordable Asha Touch series with the officially launch of Asha 309 and Asha 308. Both handsets are budget touchscreen mobile phones, which are more suitable for the Indian masses. Asha 309 and Asha 308 are priced around $99 (Rs 5000) and expected to made available in the fourth quarter of 2102.
The Nokia Asha 309 features a full touchscreen phone in slick design with fast mobile internet. It’s got a super-responsive 3inch capacitive touchscreen and 2.0 megapixels rear side camera. One of the new feature with this handset is the Nokia Xpress Browser that got clever data compression technology through which users can browse internet fast and save up to 90% less data. The Nokia Asha 308 features a Dual SIM full touchscreen mobile with a 3inch capacitive touchscreen and 2.0 megapixels rear side camera. It also features the same design form factor as that of Asha 309 except it doesn’t have Wi-Fi connectivity. It has got preloaded apps like Nokia Xpress Browser, Nokia Maps and social networking apps.
