Want to Remove The Top Black Menu Bar from Google?

Google has been regularly trying out new user interface, mostly with the top black menu bar. Earlier with Google+ launch Google completely redesigned the user interface and from that time they are regularly testing out new top navigation bar, with currently a thin black strip bar.
