Selfie obsessed? Well, first you need a selfie camera that can capture your beautiful face and tune it to make it perfect. Chinese mobile vendor Vivo has launched a new selfie-focused android smartphone – Vivo Y69 in India. The USP of the device is mainly a 16-megapixel moonlight selfie camera that can capture beautiful selfies even in low light. Other features include 3GB of RAM, expandable storage option, Android 7.0 Nougat and 4G with VoLTE support.
Vivo Y69 is been priced at a mid-range segment with a price tag of Rs 14,990. The mobile will be available for purchase at Amazon India, Flipkart and offline stores across India starting 1st September 2017.

Vivo Y69 boasts a premium metal design that looks gorgeous in Champagne Gold and Matte Black colour variants. The mobile flaunts a 5.5-inch HD IPS 720×1280 display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Under the hood, you get a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6570 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. To store all your selfies and other media content the mobile carries 32GB of internal storage. You can further expand the storage up to 256GB using microSD card slot which gets its own dedicated slot.
As we said earlier, the main highlight of Vivo Y69 is its 16MP Moonlight Selfie front-facing camera. It features Samsung S5K3P3ST sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and Moonlight Glow light for capturing in low lights. On the back, mobile comes with a 13-megapixel camera. It features Samsung S5K3L8 sensor, f/2.2 aperture and dual-LED flash support. What makes taking selfies or photos more interesting is the different camera modes available on Y69. Some cool effects include Bokeh effect with blurred background, Group Selfie, and Live Photo with moving GIF like images.
For connectivity, the Vivo Y69 supports 4G LTE network that works with every Indian telcos 4G band. The mobile also supports VoLTE for making HD voice and video calls. Other connectivity options include 3G and 2G network support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth v4.2. The mobile runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with Funtouch OS 3.2 UI over the top. For extra security, you also get a fingerprint scanner embedded in the front home button. Finally fuelling the device is a 3000mAh battery which can easily last for a days usage.
