Twitter brings in the popular Vine app for Android devices, that allow you to capture and share short looping videos of duration 6 seconds or less, like Tweets. Earlier this year Twitter released the short-video tweeting app Vine for iOS devices, that have captured around 13 million users already.
Vine for Android comes with easy 6 seconds video creation with automatic playback and sound. Users can discover popular posts, see what’s trending and find new friends or invite people they know to join. Videos from Vine auto play when a tweet is expanded and it looks very similar to animated GIF images. In addition a unique feature available for Android devices is the zoom capability with-in the app.

The Android version of Vine app lacks some features available with iOS app. But over the weeks Twitter will bring new updates to reduce the gap – including shooting from front-facing camera, search, mentions and hashtags, and the ability to share to Facebook, as well as bug fixes and performance improvements.
Are you ready to shoot, Vine for Android is available for free download from Google Play store and available with smartphones running Android 4.0 and higher.
