The Android version of Vine app lacks some features available with iOS app. But over the weeks Twitter will bring new updates to reduce the gap – including shooting from front-facing camera, search, mentions and hashtags, and the ability to share to Facebook, as well as bug fixes and performance improvements.

Are you ready to shoot, Vine for Android is available for free download from Google Play store and available with smartphones running Android 4.0 and higher.
