Now don’t miss the calls from Snapdeal courier guys looking to deliver a product you have ordered. One of India’s popular e-commerce marketplace Snapdeal has tied up with Truecaller to enhance customer support and delivery system.

Under the partnership, Snapdeal will integrate Truecaller Priority in company’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and order confirmation numbers. So if you have the Truecaller app installed on your mobile, you will be able to easily identify calls from Snapdeal support or courier. To further ease the identification process, the calls from Snapdeal will be colour coded in the company’s new brand colour – purple.

Truecaller partners with Flipkart’s EKART Courier to launch Truecaller Priority

Any calls from Snapdeal will be clearly marked either as ‘Snapdeal Order Team’ or ‘Snapdeal Delivery Team’ in Truecaller. This allows you to easily identify this calls and respond to it promptly.

Truecaller Priority also adds more context to calls. Like it will let you know when your package will arrive with current courier status. It also lets you know when a relevant and important call come from an e-commerce company and which are not a spam call.

Truecaller Priority features

  • Calls from Snapdeal support and courier person will not be blocked or marked spam.
  • Truecaller will mark Snapdeal calls either as Snapdeal Order Team or Snapdeal Delivery Team.
  • Calls from Snapdeal will be colour coded in purple.
  • It let users easily know when their package will arrive.

Recently Truecaller has also tied up with Ekart the logistic arm of Flipkart to launch Truecaller Priority. With Truecaller Priority all calls made from Flipkart and other EKART clients will be labelled as ‘non-spam calls’. Truecaller Priority is available for logistics related calls made by Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, Yepme, PayTM, Voonik, Hopscotch, Healthkart and others.
