Now don’t miss the calls from your courier company looking to deliver a product you have ordered. Truecaller has tied up with Ekart the logistic arm of Flipkart to launch Truecaller Priority.

With Truecaller Priority all calls made from Flipkart and other EKART clients will be labelled as ‘non-spam calls’. This will allow the Flipkart delivery person to call your number even if you have blocked the number via Truecaller.

Truecaller partners with Flipkart’s EKART Courier to launch Truecaller Priority

Truecaller Priority aims to enhanced delivery experience by giving users more context to calls. Like it will let the user know when their package will arrive. It also let the user know when a relevant and important call comes from an e-commerce company and which are not a spam call.

Truecaller Priority features

  • Calls from e-commerce companies/Courier person will not be marked spam.
  • Calls will be marked relevant and important.
  • It let users easily know when their package will arrive.

Currently, Truecaller Priority is available for logistics related calls made by EKART partners. This includes Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, Yepme, PayTM, Voonik, Hopscotch, Healthkart and others.
