Eyeing on the young audience, Samsung has launched its first smartphone in the Galaxy F series, the Galaxy F41 in India. With a bigger battery, brighter and crisper sAMOLED display with a water-drop notch and triple camera array with 64MP primary shooter, the phone is featured-packed from inside and outside.
Samsung Galaxy F41 is priced in India starts at Rs 16999 for the base model packing 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. While the phone variant with 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage is priced a Rs 1000 extra for Rs 17999. Both these models will go on sale in the country exclusively through Flipkart starting October 16. The phone is available in three colour options – Fusion Black, Fusion Green and Fusion Blue.
As an introductory offer, Samsung is offering flat Rs 1500 discount on both models of Galaxy F41. Thus, you can buy the smartphone at a reduced starting price of Rs 15499 for a short period. Again, if you own an SBI card, then you can avail an additional 10 per cent discount over and above the introductory price.
Samsung Galaxy F41 features a premium back panel that offers gradient design with a holographic effect. The phone is 8.9mm thick and weighs around 191g. It flaunts a 6.4-inch full-HD+ SuperAMOLED Infinity-U Display or waterdrop notch display with a peak brightness of 420 nits and up to 110 per cent NTSC Coloraturas gamut.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy F41 is powered by the Exynos 9611 processor, which is coupled with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB internal storage. You can further expand the storage up to 512GB using microSD card, which gets it own dedicated memory card slot in the triple card slot (2 SIM slot + dedicated memory card slot). The phone runs on One UI 2.1 based on Android 10 OS.
Talking about the camera, the Samsung Galaxy F41 boasts a triple camera array at the rear. These include a combination of the 64-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 123-degree of FoV and a 5-megapixel depth camera with live-focus support. For selfies, the phone comes with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera with Smart Beauty mode and live focus.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone packs 6000mAh battery that could last up to 48 hours talk time (4G LTE) or up to 21 hours of internet usage. It comes with a 15W USB Type C Fast Charger in-the-box that can charge the phone from 0 to 100 per cent in 160-minutes.
