Google has just released a new beautifully redesigned experience for its social networking site Google+ App for Android. A complete visual redesign of the app has been done with improved navigation, visually rich stream, new styled photo/video viewing and lots more changes making it truly awesome user interface to use on your mobile. It has now full bleed photos on stream and photo album, crisper sharp fonts, larger profile pics and a revamped home screen.
