The Matrix phone returns – the phone made popular through the Matrix films has got a rebirth. HMD Global the mobile vendor behind Nokia branded phones has relaunched the classic Nokia 8110 feature phone in a new avatar – called simply the Nokia 8110 4G.

The Nokia 8110 4G still features the slide opening design which packs the intuitive tactile mechanics. As you guess, you need to slide open to answer calls and slide back in to end them (taking me back to old Matrix style). You also get the addictive helicopter style spin on its axis.
