It’s time for some pure style and pure performance, Motorola has launched its second generation Moto X android smartphone in India and it will go on sale today midnight exclusive on India’s leading online retailer Flipkart with a price tag starting from Rs 31,999.
Motorola 2nd gen. Moto X is quite a bump in respect to hardware compared to the original Moto X. The new Moto X now comes with a 5.2 inch AMOLED Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 423 ppi offering crisp and sharper images. On the design aspect the new Moto X got a curved metal frame along with interchangeable back cover. Along with it, the whole smartphone comes with water-resistant coating.
Motorola 2nd gen. Moto X is now powered by much powerful 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 578 MHz Adreno 330 GPU thus offering seamless multitasking and superb gaming performance. In addition it also got in-built Natural Language processor and Contextual Computing processor offering some exclusive features like always on voice commands and Moto Actions – where you can use simple gestures to control Moto X like waving hand over the Moto X to silence calls and alarm. The smartphone runs on pure stock Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and will be upgrade to the latest Android L.
Second generation Moto X comes with a 13 megapixel camera on back with ring-flash that gives more balanced light and less shadows. It can also capture 4K resolution UHD videos. On the front the smartphone got a 2 megapixel camera. The new Moto X comes with 16 GB/32GB internal storage, but unfortunately can’t be expanded further. On the connectivity side the Moto X supports 3G and 2G networks along with WiFi, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0.

Flipkart is listing Moto X Black, Black leather and Bamboo White variant of the smartphone, but individual price are still unknown. We can expect Flipkart to offer some exclusive launch day offers, just like during the launch of second generation Moto G.
