Temporary fix for Duqu virusMicrosoft has issued temporary fix for Duqu Virus. This virus that spread as Microsoft Word format as a Duqu Trojan. It spreads as a E-mail attached word document and self attachment type virus. Once a user download that particular word document and opens its the word document Duqu virus get installed on the computer automatically.

Symantec has issued a warning “One Suspicious Virus attack all system”. Symantec said that this virus is like as and Son of Stukxnet Virus. The Stuxnet worm perhaps the most powerful worm and created managed to infiltrate computer systems in Iran and do damage to that nation’s nuclear research program.

An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could run arbitrary code in kernel mode. We are aware of targeted attacks that try to use the reported vulnerability; overall, we see low customer impact at this time. This vulnerability is related to the Duqu malware.
Upon completion of this investigation, Microsoft will take the appropriate action to help protect our customers. This may include providing a security update through our monthly release process or providing an out-of-cycle security update, depending on customer needs.
