Better than LYF Wind 7i and almost equal to LYF Wind 7. That’s the new android smartphone, LYF Wind 7s launched by Reliance Retail’s subsidiary consumer electronics arm LYF brand. On the quick glance, the mobile features HD display, Snapdragon processor, 8-megapixel camera and importantly true 4G LTE connectivity with VoLTE support.
First, to the pricing the LYF Wind 7s comes with a super affordable price tag of Rs 5,699. The mobile will be available at Reliance Digital, Digital Xpress Mini, and other third-party retail stores across India. Along with the smartphone, you can avail the Reliance Jio ‘Happy New Year Offer’, which offers unlimited voice calling, messaging and 4G data benefits.
LYF Wind 7s Specification & features
The LYF Wind 7s smartphone flaunts s 5-inch HD IPS LCD display that’s protected by Asahi Glass. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 processor that’s coupled with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 304 graphic processing unit. The mobile carries 16 GB of internal storage that can be further upgraded up to 128 GB using microSD card.
On the photography side, the LYF Wind 7s comes with an 8-megapixel back camera with LED flash support. On the front for selfie lovers, the mobile comes with a 5-megapixel camera. The smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 with stock skin and almost all Jio apps pre-installed.
For connectivity, the dual-SIM capable LYF Wind 7s supports true 4G LTE that works with all Indian 4G bands. It also comes with full VoLTE support for HD voice and video calling. Other connectivity options include 3G and 2G networks, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB OTG. Adding a bit of colour, the mobile comes with three colour variants – black, white and blue.
