Low in Balance, Airtel can help you with ‘Call-me-Back’ service

There is some situation when you run out of your mobile balance, there no way to get it recharged and you need to urgently call your friend. For that perfect situation Bharti Airtel India’s top telecom operator launched the ‘Call-me-Back‘ service for prepaid customers, where you can send emergency SMS notification to your friends or family to call you back when your balance is less than Rs 1.

Airtel prepaid customers can now send an emergency ‘call me back‘ SMS alert to a friend, even when they have no balance, and is unable to even make a ‘missed call’. To avail this, Customers just SMS with CALL <space> <airtel mobile number you want to speak to>, send to 121 , and expect a call from your dear ones. For e.g. ‘Person A’ having balance less than Rs 1 can send a toll-free SMS to 121 writing CALL < Person B airtel number >, and the ‘Person B’ will get an SMS from number of ‘Person A’ saying : “Please call me back. Thank You” .

This service is provided free to all Airtel customers, you are not charged to send this SMS and the call-back by you friend is charged as per his/her normal plan rate. The customer who is calling back can be a prepaid or a postpaid user. Also, both the customers can be a local, STD number, or be in national roaming. Prepaid customers can avail this service when the balance get lower than Rs 1 and can be used only up to 3 times in a day.
