Following the path of its competitors, India’s third top telecom operator Idea Cellular has launched Night Packs for its pan India prepaid customers that offers special packs for voice calls, SMS, 2G and 3G data and Facebook.
Idea Night Packs include a collection of several packs suitable for the needs of individual customers. Idea Night Voice pack offers customers with unlimited idea to idea local calls at Rs 7 a night. Idea Night SMS pack offers customers with 75 Local and National SMS per night at Rs 7.
Idea Night 2G Data pack includes unlimited 2G data usage between 12 Midnight to 6 am for Rs 7 per night. Customers looking for 3G can opt for Idea Night 3G Data pack that offers 500 MB 3G data usage for Rs 29 per night and 1GB 3G data usage for Rs 49 per night. For those customers who are Facebook addicts, Idea Night Facebook pack offers 250MB Facebook data usage for Rs 1 per night.
Above packs are only valid in Andhra Pradesh telecom circle and there are slight rate variations in the pack rates for different telecom circles. Idea Night Packs can be used only between 12 midnight to 6AM and all the packs have a single night validity. One need to dial 1219 or 1219# to recharge with any of the Night Pack options.
Earlier Govt owned BSNL introduced new Night Unlimited 3G data plan for its prepaid customers that offered truly unlimited 3G data usage from 00.00 Hrs to 06.00 Hrs with no FUP at Rs 386 per 3o days. Following that India’s top telecom operator Bharti Airtel launches Night Store for its pan India Prepaid customers that offers unlimited voice call minutes and unlimited data usage between midnight 12.00AM and 06.00AM at a very affordable rates.
