UpdateGoogle just unveiled the new Nexus 7 packing full HD 7 inch display along with Quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 2GB RAM and Adreno 320 GPU. Other details remains the same as the below leaked information.

Just hours before the official launch, the next generation Google Nexus 7 device gets full leaked out and even its now up for pre-order from BestBuy. Hours from now Android and Chrome chief Sundar Pichai, will surely unveil the next generation of Nexus 7 along with the latest Android 4.3 JellyBean OS. The leaked device has been spotted by guys in AndroidPolice and they have gone to a full hands on review.

From the leaked video, the new Google Nexus 7 spots a 7 inch LCD HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1200, which is a huge bump from the current generation Nexus 7 that has a resolution of 1280 x 800. The device now runs on a more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro 8064 quad-core processor with a 2MB L2 cache which is clocked at 1.5GHz and carries a Adreno 320 graphics processing unit along with 2GB RAM.

Nexus 7 now has a 5 mega pixel rear camera and a 1.2 mega pixel front facing camera. The leak also confirms that the tablet runs on the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box which seems to be a small increment update to the existing Jelly Bean OS. The device now comes in two version carrying an internal storage of 16GB and 32GB with no microSD card slot for external storage.

On the connectivity from the new Nexus 7 carries the 802.11a/b/g/n wireless LAN along with Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and micro USB 2.0 port with SlimPort. In addition Google may also announce a 3G/4G LTE version of Nexus 7.

On the design part the new Nexus 7 seems to be thinner than the previous version and got a solid rubbery texture for better holding the device in hand. On the pricing side the new Google Nexus 7 16GB model can be purchased for $229.99, while the 32GB model for $269.99 and currently only available in US. As Google have already opened up the device store in India and started selling Nexus 7, we can except the new Nexus 7 to land here quickly.
