The mobile features triple SIM connectivity supporting 4G with VoLTE, quad-core processor, HD display and expandable storage option.

As it’s a budget smartphone, the Coolpad Mega 3 comes with a price tag of Rs 6,999. The smartphone will be available exclusively via Amazon India starting 7th December 2016. Coolpad has also partnered with Reliance Jio to offer the popular Welcome Offer with the smartphone. Availing these you will get unlimited voice calls, messaging, data benefits and access to Jio apps.

Coolpad Mega 3 Specifications

Coming to the hardware part, the Coolpad Mega 3 flaunts a 5.5-inch HD IPS display packing 269ppi pixel density. Under the hood, the mobile is powered by a 1.25GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. To store all your media files the smartphone comes with 16GB of onboard storage. This can be further expanded up to 64GB using microSD card.

On to photography, the Coolpad Mega 3 can click great photos with its 8-megapixel back camera having an aperture of f/2.2 and LED flash support. For selfie lovers, the smartphone comes with the same 8-megapixel camera but has an 80.1 degrees field of view. The front camera also featured LED flash that helps you to capture beautiful selfies even in low-light condition.

Connectivity-wise, Coolpad Mega 3 got triple SIM card slots with 4G LTE supporting all Indian 4G bands. Along with these the mobile also supports VoLTE for HD voice and video calling. Other connectivity option includes 3G and 2G network support along with WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0, Marshmallow OS with Coolpad’s own Cool UI on top.
