This service is available only on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM. You can also request for customer support via the link shared in Whatsapp. This link given in the welcome message will take you a Google form where you can give the necessary details.
Xiaomi India said that this Whatsapp Service is currently in beta stage. At present the functionalities of this service are limited.
