According to latest reports Pakistan Cyber Army have hacked into the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) website. Through this hacking attack Pakistani hacker group have gained access to over 10,000 users’ personal information, including names, postal address, email addresses, phone numbers and location detail and also BSNL’s internal working of VPN ,detail of circuits and as well as many more technical details.
According to the screenshot published by Pakistan Cyber Army ( PCA ), it seems they have access to users personal information’s. It showed the BSNL users name, email ID, location address and phone number.
Another screenshot released by PCA shows the VPN circuit information page of BSNL which are allotted to different companies. So it seems this private companies are also at risk of breach by hackers group PCA.
It still unknown, how much details has been gained access by the Pakistan cyber army. The main website of BSNL seems to be now working normal now. BSNL officials have not yet commented on this matter.
