Finally, government owned telecom operator has come up strongly against the new entrant Reliance Jio and its big free offers. Taking the route of private telcos Airtel, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular, the government telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched unlimited voice calling STVs.
BSNL’s new combo STVs start as low as Rs 99 making it one of the most affordable unlimited voice calling pack from any Indian telecom operator. These STVs offer pan-India Prepaid subscribers with unlimited voice calls to any network and to anywhere in India. It also comes with additional 3G data benefits. BSNL already offers free incoming voice call facility while you are in national roaming.
Let’s dig into the details of the two unlimited voice calling STVs or Combo STVs launched by BSNL. First unlimited voice calling STV is priced at Rs 99 to Rs 149 depending on the telecom circle you live. It offers unlimited local and STD voice calls for BSNL to BSNL, anywhere in India. In addition, you will also get 300MB of high-speed 3G data benefits with the STV.
Whereas the unlimited voice calling STV 339 offer subscribers unlimited local and STD voice calls to any network and to anywhere in India. That’s unlimited local and STD voice calling from BSNL-to-BSNL and BSNL to other networks. You will also get high-speed 3G data benefits up to 1GB. Both unlimited voice STVs comes with a validity of 28 days.
