Just two days ago we reported that government owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in a total surprise move and unknown reason revised some of its popular voice and data STVs. However, that update was only for operator’s prepaid mobile subscribers in the Kerala telecom circle. Nevertheless, the operator has now pushed an update on its popular voice and data STVs which are applicable to pan-India prepaid mobile subscribers.
BSNL has reportedly revised some of its popular voice and data STVs. This includes Triple Ace STV 333, Combo STV 339, Dil kohl ke Bol STV 349 and Nehle pe Dehla STV 395. For most of the STVs, the operator has reduced the validity and data benefits in it.
Going through one by one, the most popular combo STV 339 which offered both unlimited voice and data benefits now comes with a reduced validity of 26 days. The Triple Ace STV 333 also got a cut down in the validity from 90 days to 56 days. The Dil kohl ke Bol STV 349 now comes with a revised validity of 26 days. The combo STV, however, offers unlimited data benefits with a daily FUP limit of 2.5GB. Finally the Nehle pe Dehla STV 395 now comes with a validity of 56 days instead of 71 days.
Fortunately, the BSNL Chaukka STV 444 will be available for pan-India customers except in Kerala telecom circle. The data STV offers unlimited data benefits with a FUP speed limit of 4GB per day. After you hit the FUP limit the speed will be reduced to 80Kbps for rest of the day.
