If you remember, two months before during Republic day, the government owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) surprised everyone with a special Republic Day offer. A special voice STV which offered unlimited voice call to any network at Rs 1 per hour.
BSNL has relaunched the special Republic Day offer with a small change in its freebies. Introducing the new Unlimited Combo STV 26, which offer unlimited local and STD voice call to any network. This Combo STV will have a limited validity of 26 hours from the time of recharge. This translates to Rs 1 per hour of unlimited voice calling to any network. Well, the small change from the previous STV is the addition of one on-net SMS as a freebie.
You can repeat the Combo STV 26 recharge for an unlimited time. That means after every 26 hours you can recharge again for Rs 26 to continue getting the unlimited voice calling benefits.

The above Combo STV 26 will be available for pan-India BSNL’s prepaid subscribers starting 1st April 2017 for a period of 90 days. To activate the STV, SMS STV VOICE26 to 123 from your BSNL mobile connection.
