To tackle the private telcos luring offers especially the free one from Reliance Jio, the government owned telecom operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) recently added more than ten-time extra data benefits to its existing unlimited postpaid plans. To add to that mix the operator has launched a new unlimited Postpaid mobile plan, named ‘Dil khol ke bol‘ – Plan 799.
The new Postpaid voice Plan 799 will offer new and existing subscribers with unlimited voice calling. Under this plan, you will get unlimited voice calls to any network (mobile or landline) and anywhere in India. You will also get 3GB of high-speed 3G data benefits with the plan. Another major benefit would be the unlimited voice call will work even on roaming anywhere in India.
As a promotional offer, BSNL is offering Postpaid voice Plan 799 at a discounted rate of Rs 599 for the first four months. In addition to the discount on the monthly rental, you will also get double data benefits on the plan. You will get 6GB of high-speed 3G data benefits for the first four months of subscribing to the plan.

The new postpaid Plan 799 will go live from 1st March 2016 for pan India customers. Existing customers can choose this plan by contacting the customer care or on BSNL Bhavan. Do note that the discounted rate and double data benefits are valid for the first four billing cycles.
If you are an existing BSNL postpaid subscribers, then the operator recently started offering up to two times data benefits on all existing 3G data add-ons. The cost effective Rs 75 3G data add-on now offers 1GB of 3G data benefits instead of earlier 500 MB. The operator has also increased the fair usage policy (FUP) limit on the unlimited 3G data add-on plans.
