You got an important thing to download but speed is too slow because you crossed the FUP limit? India’s largest wired broadband provider BSNL has effectively slashed the tariff of broadband speed restoration plans.
Those who may don’t know, the BSNL broadband speed restoration plan allow you to restore the high-speed even after you have crossed your monthly FUP limit. When you subscribe to any of this plans, your broadband speed will be restored to the normal high-speed speed as per your existing broadband plan.
With the new tariff, you can now get the same amount of data while paying half the money. You can now get 20GB of data at your normal broadband speed for Rs 250. The same plan earlier will cost you around Rs 500. Similarly, now you can get 2GB of data for Rs 50, 5GB of data at Rs 100 and 10GB of data at Rs 150.

The above broadband speed restoration plans will be available for pan-India broadband customers having unlimited broadband plans. Once the speed restoration plans are activated, it will expire after exhausting the data usage or on completion of the billing cycle, whichever is earlier. This plans will come into effect from 17th April 2017.
