BSNL Announced The Blackout Days for the year 2011

BSNL the pan India Public Telecom Service Provider at India and Pan India 3G service provider at India announced the blackout days for the year 2011. The Blackout Days stated here are for its customers at Tamilnadu Circle.

BSNL becomes the first telecom service provider to charge beyond concessional voice calls with the base tariff. With this BSNL is trying to make more revenue or congestion free network ?

For the Black-out days for the Calendar Year 2011 in which concessional voice call/SMS will not be made available to customers of all Plans in Tamilnadu Circle as detailed below:-

  1. New Years’ Eve (31st December)
  2. New Year Day (1st January)
  3. Valentine day (14th February)
  4. Diwali (26th October)
  5. Christmas day (25th December)
