Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) Kerala as a promotional offer launched a new lifetime Prepaid plan ‘Aajeevan‘ for customers in Kerala telecom circle.
Under the Aajeevan prepaid plan customers can get free SIM with Local/STD Onnet (BSNL to BSNL) voice call rates at 1.2 paisa per second and Local/STD Offnet (BSNL to other networks) voice call rates at 1.3 paisa per second. SMS charges are 80 paisa for local onnet and offnet and 90 paisa for national onnet and offnet SMS. Incoming calls are charged at 1.2 paisa per second while on national roaming. In addition customers can add three numbers under the ‘Friends and Family VAS‘ with charges of 20 paisa per minute for BSNL numbers and 40 paisa per second for other network numbers.
Like most of the BSNL lifetime prepaid plans, the intial validity of the plan is 180 days and the validity extension is once the customer reaches cumulative topup of Rs 200. The plan validity will be extended by 180 days from the date of reaching cumulative topup of Rs 200.
It’s a promotional plan for a period of 90 days starting from 1st November 2013 to 29th January 2014. Also BSNL allow customers currently under other prepaid plans to migrate to Aajeevan plan by recharging with plan voucher of Rs 44.
