Bharti Airtel, India’s top telecom operator launches first of its kind innovative customer service mobile app named ‘my airtel’ app for Airtel customers in India. It empowers customers to manage their Airtel services like postpaid, prepaid mobile connection, broadband, fixedline and digital TV, seamlessly through the mobile app.
Myairtel app will allow Airtel customers across various services (prepaid/postpaid mobile, fixed line, broadband, dth etc) to check their outstanding bills, recharge their accounts, make payment, activate deactivate any service, activate deactivate VAS and raise requests-complaints. Further, using this, Airtel digital TV customers can also order movies and games, without any assistance from the customer care.

Myairtel app is available at no additional cost, Customers can download the application by simply logging into airtel.in/myairtel (http://airtel.in/myairtel/) or they can download the app from respective device app store ( Google Play, Blackberry app world ) or alternatively, users can also SMS ‘myairtel’ to 54321. Note that usual data download charges depending on the subscriber data connection will apply for downloading the application as well as using the application. For non-airtel internet users,there will also be one time SMS charge for authentication to their respective telecom operators.
