To counter Reliance Jio’s best and most popular Rs 459 Jio plan, incumbent telecom operators Airtel and Idea Cellular have both introduced a similar or same Rs 509 plan for their prepaid subscribers.
Airtel’s and Idea Cellular’s Rs 509 tariff plans are open market one, which means any subscribers whether on 3G, 3G, or 4G network and from any part of the country can avail it. It’s one concept popularised by Reliance Jio with its single prepaid and postpaid Jio plans for the whole country.
Airtel Rs 509 Unlimited Combo Plan
Airtel’s Rs 509 Unlimited Combo Plan comes with unlimited local and STD voice calls to any network across India, even on national roaming. For data benefits, the plan offers 1GB of 4G, 3G or 2G data per day. You will also get 100 local and national SMS per day. The plan has a validity of 84 days.

Way similar to what Airtel is offering, the Idea Cellular Rs 509 Unlimited Combo Pack offers unlimited local and STD voice calls to any network across India, including roaming calls. You also get 1GB of 4G, 3G or 2G data per day and 100 SMS per day. The validity of the pack is 84 days.
