India’s major telecom operator Vodafone India in it’s effort to provide better customer support has launched ‘My Vodafone’ mobile app. It lets pan India Vodafone customers to manage their prepaid and postpaid mobile services like pay bills, recharge, find best offers, subscribe and unsubscribe to VAS etc, through the mobile app. The mobile app is currently available for Android devices and can be downloaded for free from Google Play.

‘My Vodafone’ mobile app - Manage your Vodafone services on the Go

Vodafone Postpaid customers can use the mobile app to –

  • View their current bill details, charges, unbilled amount, credit limit etc.
  • Pay bills with Credit Card
  • View recent payments made
  • View/Change Bill preferences.
  • View current voice plan details, data plan details and recent data usage.
  • Manage activation / deactivation of your Value Added Services
  • Track status of recent service requests / complaints
  • View and subscribe to Best Offers.

Vodafone Prepaid customers can use the mobile app to –

  • View and subscribe to Best Offers.
  • Check their main and bonus balances
  • Recharge account with Credit Card
  • View recent recharges and deductions
  • View current data plan details and data usage.
  • Manage activation / deactivation of your Value Added Services
  • Track status of recent service requests / complaints

To use My Vodafone mobile app, customers need to register with Vodafone (on Vodafone India website) and login with the ID and password created. Also note that data charges may apply for the app usage and are based on users plan rates.

Bharti Airtel has also launched a similar mobile app called ‘my airtel’ which empowers customers to manage their Airtel services like postpaid, prepaid mobile connection, broadband, fixedline and digital TV, seamlessly through the mobile app.
