Xperia X8 was announced in June 2010 and was released to market on September 2010.  Xperia X8 is a touch screen smart phone with Candy Bar Design . Xperia X8 is a 3G Handset with HSDPA 900 / 2100 Network Support and also supports 2G GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 Network .

Xperia X8 runs in Donut v1.6 android operating system with Qualcomm MSM7227 600 MHz processor supported by 168 MB RAM and powered up by Li-Po 1200 mAh Battery. Xperia X8 have TFT capacitive touchscreen screen display with 320 x 480 pixels of screen resolution. Xperia X8 has standard features like 3.15 Mega Pixel Camera with video recording , 3G , Wi-fi, A-GPS, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS etc .. The handset weighs just 104 g .

When coming to entertainment Xperia X8 have music player , video player and Stereo FM Radio with RDS Facility. It has a internal memory of 128 MB while as its external memory slot can support MicroSD card upto 16GB with 2GB comes pre-packed .
