To take on Amazon fulfilled and Amazon Prime premium services, Flipkart has comes up with ‘Flipkart Assured‘ or ‘F-Assured‘. It involves extensive quality checks on products and sellers in its marketplace along with guaranteed free and fast delivery.
Do note that it’s entirely different thing than Flipkart First service launched back in 2015. Flipkart First is a premium service which cost around Rs 500 per year and offers free shipping on all orders, priority customer service and more.
It’s also different from the ‘Flipkart Advantage’ tag you see in many products. The tag is placed by default for all products from sellers who uses Flipkart’s partner warehouse services.
Whereas Flipkart Assured is something for normal buyers, a promise the company offers on the quality of the product they order, assurance of stringent seller, transit safe packaging and swiftest delivery every time. The best part is that the service is available to all customers at no additional cost.
The Flipkart Assured badge is only given to selected products and sellers based on their performance on product quality attributes and availability for faster delivery. Of course, all WS Retail products got the Flipkart Assured badge on them. You can also filter products with the F-Assured badge on Flipkart desktop website, Flipkart Lite mobile site and mobile apps.
