Aircel introduces Independence Day Special Plan 1508 – Handset with extra Benefits

Aircel, India’s emerging telecom service provider introduced special Independence Day Plan 1508 which offer combined benefits of a Dual SIM mobile phone along with Voice, SMS and data services.

Under the special Independence Day Plan 1508, customers need to pay Rs 1508 for which they will get an Dual SIM GPRS enabled Alcatel OT 318 handset, 1,508 minutes of local talk time, 1,508 National SMSs, and 1,508MB of 2G data  benefit all with 90 day validity. The offer is available from August 14, 2012 and customer can avail this offer from any Aircel Stores across India for a period of 90 days (or till stock lasts).

Alcatel OT 318 handset available with the plan is a low end mobile which features a 1.8 inches display with 52 MHz CPU. It has a rear VGA camera of 640×480 pixels and got 0.2 MB internal memory which can be expanded to 2GB with microSD card. GPRS Class 10 network connectivity is available which can be used with Aircel 2G data plans.
